A downtown San Luis Obispo hotel was just acquired by a familiar face. Andrew Firestone, who some might know as the third bachelor on the popular ABC reality television show 'The Bachelor' back in 2003, and Jess Parker have acquired Hotel Cerro, adding it to the holdings of their company, Santa Barbara-based StonePark Capital. The 65-room hotel, located at 1125 Garden St. in downtown San Luis Obispo, opened in January 2020. As StonePark Capital, Firestone and Parker manage a portfolio of seven California hotels, totaling more than 569 guest rooms, according to a news release.
